This jump changed my life and not in the way you think it would.

Exactly one year ago today, I jumped off this cliff, and instead of being an exhilarating “OMG, I did it, “it actually turned into a complete mind f’ that sent my life on a path of massive personal development, coaching, plant medicine, and more.

Little back story - I have always prided myself on being strong. It was like a badge of honor that I wore with pride until a month before this jump. I realized that being strong was heavy for me, and I was tired of being “ strong”

I was ready to be “ love” and more in my feminine. That the identity I was carrying might have served me in the past, but it wasn’t serving the next version of who I wanted to become.

So, when I got to Moab to “ jump” - I worked for 24 hours with the coaches to release my “wild woman” and let go of the fear of what was holding me back. I could picture myself jumping off the cliff with my hair flowing, feeling free... it was powerful.

I was so confident and excited when we went to the jump site. I watched woman after woman jump without hesitation. Then it was my turn—and I froze.

I would look at the guy at the edge of the cliff, take a little baby step, and pause. I was frozen, but why?

I knew I was going to jump...

Fast forward about 90 seconds he has the ladies count me down and I finally jump. - You can actually see that he gives me a little nudge. 😜

The problem was- I felt nothing but disappointment and shame.

I kept asking myself, “Why did you hesitate?” You knew you were going to jump. “ Where else is this showing up for me in my life?”

How could I jump and feel nothing?

I called my coaches at the end of the weekend, who were there, and both stated to me, “Spring, you called this into your life—so let’s figure it out.” And let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride of releasing what doesn’t serve me.

Why am I sharing this?

We all have areas in our lives that we KNOW we need to take action on, and we aren’t.

Life is a mirror - the sooner you take action, the sooner you will receive what you want.

You make the amount of money you THINK you are worth. 🤯

This is the truth bomb William dropped on me today while we were brainstorming about a few projects I have coming up.

It made me reflect on my journey and where I am at today and he`s 100% right.

For years, I made the exact same amount of money regardless of the market, my team size, etc., because that was my identity.

It wasn`t until I understood that in order to make more money, you need to raise your vibration, standards, and internal values that things shifted for me.

Who you surround yourself with matters AND sometimes, you just need a little reminder to put things in perspective.

Cheers to what coming in 2025 ✨🤍
