If you’re here, it means we’re friends—or at least about to be. And if you’re new to my journey, you’re probably here for the behind-the-scenes scoop that has you wondering, WTF?! This chick has guts—what is she even doing?
Well, you’re in the right place. Welcome to Downline Diaries, where I’m documenting my wild decision to burn down a thriving, seven-figure downline and start fresh. Why? Because sometimes the big, scary moves are the ones that lead to something even greater.
Let’s back up.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Spring B. I run a real estate team of 80 agents, and together we sell around 650 homes annually. I’ve spent years building this team, growing my business, and creating opportunities not only for myself but for everyone in my orbit. Along the way, I’ve embraced big challenges and even bigger leaps of faith.
One of those leaps was joining Real a few years ago. With my friends at Real—people I truly love and respect—I built a network of over 3,200 agents, achieved seven figures annually in revenue share, and created something I’ll always be proud of. It was an incredible ride.
So why leave something so good?
About a year ago, eXp approached my husband Brian about integrating Sisu with their platform. During those conversations, they asked if I’d consider joining. My immediate response? HARD no. I was happy. I had no reason to leave.
But over the next year, little seeds of curiosity started to grow. Through random conversations and glimpses into what I call “eXp 2.0,” I started to wonder: What if? At first, it was a faint whisper. But then I kept thinking: What if I could build the community I’ve always dreamed of? What if there’s a bigger stage waiting for me? What if starting over isn’t crazy, but actually genius?
The real shift happened while I was training for the NYC Marathon. Long runs gave me hours to think, and one audiobook, 10x Is Easier Than 2x by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy, completely flipped the script for me. In the book, there’s a story about a financial planner who walked away from a massive book of business at a prestigious firm to start fresh at a smaller, less traditional company. Why? Because he realized his current situation, while lucrative, wasn’t aligned with the 10x vision he had for himself.
That story hit me hard.
I started asking myself tough questions: What’s the vision I’m not seeing for myself? Am I holding on to “good” when “great” is out there waiting for me? What could I create if I gave myself permission to burn it all down and rebuild? Could I actually do it?
The answer came slowly. At first, it was, I think I can. Then, after weeks of reflection, it shifted to, I know I can.
The more I thought about it, the clearer it became. This wasn’t about abandoning what I’d built; it was about alignment. I realized I had outgrown the current box I was in. I wanted a platform that would allow me to create the kind of community I’d always envisioned. I wanted to be in rooms that pushed me to grow, with people who inspired me to think bigger. Most of all, I wanted to fully align my business and my values with the future I wanted to create.
Less than 30 days ago, I said yes to eXp. And let me tell you—it’s been a whirlwind. There’s been self-doubt, long nights, and early mornings filled with strategy calls, tears, excitement, and unwavering certainty that this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.
And you get a front-row seat to it all.
Downline Diaries is where I’ll share it all: the strategies, the tears, the triumphs, and the messy middle.
I’m going to document every step of this rebuild, from start to finish. I’ve also partnered with some amazing industry giants to create a new community that’s bigger than real estate—a space where we can grow, collaborate, and elevate together. And here’s the best part: I’m bringing you along for the ride.
Whether you’re here to follow the journey, find inspiration, or just grab the popcorn and watch it all unfold, I promise to keep it real.
AND
Here’s what I know: This industry is big enough to have multiple winners.
You don’t need the next shiny thing to win. You just need to believe in yourself and do the work. But if you do want to go big, burn it down, or start fresh? I’ll show you how I’m doing it—step by step.
So, let’s build something amazing—together.
Welcome to Downline Diaries.
