Reset, Recharge, and Ready to Launch

Reset, Recharge, and Ready to Launch

It’s been one heck of a week, and to be candid, I needed a reset.

The last few weeks have been an absolute whirlwind. Between onboarding the team, our launch at Nasdaq, and the nonstop calls, texts, and messages that followed, I found myself navigating the type of energy that demands both grit and grace.

One lesson I learned? I couldn’t get to everyone in my network before the news spread. Some people were upset they didn’t hear directly from me first—and I totally get it. Others, however, met me with understanding and encouragement, reminding me why I’m so committed to this journey. The best compliments I received this week? “You’re one of the smartest businesswomen I know,” and “I’m excited to see what you create.” 🤍

But even with all the excitement, I knew I needed to reset.

A Soulful Retreat: Releasing and Recharging

I took a couple of days for myself and attended a women’s retreat. It was all about reconnecting to ourselves as women—digging deep, letting go of heavy energy, and stepping into our power. The timing was perfect. Between the chatter of the industry (the good and the bad), and the exhaustion of being in constant motion, it was exactly what I needed to show up fully as the leader and wife that I am proud to be.

Now? I’m back. I’ve recharged. And I’m laser-focused on what’s next.

What’s Coming: Building a New Community for Growth

Over the next 3-4 weeks, you’ll start to see the partnerships we’ve been working on come to life. I’m collaborating with some of the icons of our industry and the coaches who have transformed my life. Together, we’re building something bigger than just business—it’s a community that’s all about growth and leveling up, not just professionally, but personally.

Here’s the truth: all growth is internal. Yes, you need the playbooks (don’t worry, we’ve got those). Your business will grow. But to truly go to the next level, you also need those internal shifts—upgrading your mindset, your energy, and your vision for what’s possible.

This week, we are deep into creating the brand, the offer, and the launch, and the response so far has been incredible. Every single person I’ve shared this vision with has said, “I’m in.” Even the OGs at eXp are fired up to help us bring this to life.

Downline Progress: Starting at Zero and Loving It

On the downline front, I’m at 67 agents in the network this week—all part of the Utah Life group. I have a strong pipeline of conversations happening and a few key appointments coming up.

But here’s the funny part: I’m currently sitting at zero personally. Yep, zero. It might be surprising to many of you, but I didn’t reach out to my real network to try to get them to switch. I felt like I needed to show them what we are doing and then let them decide what’s best for them. So, I didn’t have any conversations prior to the announcement—other than with the four people I’m partnering with on the community. And honestly? It’s

a weird, humbling, and exhilarating feeling all at once. Because here’s the thing: I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that we are creating something powerful.

This is just the beginning.

Stay tuned—because the launch is coming, and it’s going to be something you’ll want to see unfold and want to be part of.

Here’s to building, growing, and having it all.

With gratitude and purpose,
Spring
