It’s officially been one month since I made the move to eXp, and wow—it somehow feels like it was just yesterday and also like I’ve been here forever. So much is happening behind the scenes to create what we’re building, and while I’d love for everything to move faster, I know that laying the right foundation is what will make this work long-term.
The Growth So Far
I posted an update this week—I’m currently at 83 agents, which is only three more than last week. While I’d love to see that number jump higher, I know that massive growth isn’t just about adding people—it’s about creating the right systems, processes, and flows to make sure we’re set up for long-term success. And that’s exactly what we’re focused on right now.
The Good: Big Wins This Week
This week was a huge milestone in building momentum! Here’s what’s happened so far:
- We launched our free lead magnet, and over 1,200 people downloaded it.
- Over 1,000 people signed up for our free webinar.
- More than 500 people attended the live session.
- We launched our free 6-week course, and over 1,000 people have already signed up!
This is exactly what I’m modeling for you—how to build influence and an audience by delivering value first. There’s been no ask, no pitch—just straight-up giving. Because I know that when you lead with value, people will naturally want to be in your world.
The Challenge: Pushing Through the Hustle
This past week pushed me to my limits. Between the brokerage transition, running a team that’s having one of their best months ever, and building out new systems and programs, the pace has been relentless. I’m in full execution mode, and while I thrive in it, I also felt the impact physically.
Over the weekend, I got sick—which never happens. I know it was my body forcing me to pause after an intense month of nonstop action. Sometimes, even when you’re pushing full speed ahead, you have to listen when your body tells you it’s time for a reset.
