Downline Diaries: The Compound Effect

Downline Diaries: The Compound Effect

I’m writing this from the clouds—literally—on my flight home from Savannah after the Girls With Grit conference. And let me just say, if you want to see how to run an event right, these women nail it. Every. Single. Detail.
Flawless flow, energy dialed, community on fire. Total masterclass.

But I’m heading home early—because this month is stacked with back-to-back travel and I miss my family. When I choose a 5 a.m. flight so I can be home by noon? That tells you everything. Priorities matter.

Next stop: Dallas. I’m speaking at a mastermind.
Because this is the season of being in the room or building the room.
That’s how we grow. That’s how we lead.

Downline update: I just hit 106 partners.
And here’s what I’m noticing: the compound effect is kicking in.
I’m starting to find my running mates—people who aren’t just joining, but building. The energy is shifting.

But let’s be clear:
This is a heavier lift than most people realize.

I had someone at Real say,
*”Of course you’ll succeed—eXp won’t let you fail.”

But here’s the truth:
I’m going to win regardless.
Not because a company is feeding me people.
But because of who I’ve become.

Let’s be real—eXp doesn’t have people walking in the door and handing them over from corporate. That’s not how this works.

Everyone’s already been pitched eXp a hundred times.
Everyone already has a sponsor.
Everyone already has a relationship.

So this isn’t a gravy train.
This is a different race—and I chose to run it.

It’s entrepreneurial. It’s relational. It’s a long game.
And I’m building it brick by brick.

Nothing is being handed to me.
And that’s exactly why it matters.

So—what’s next?

I’m headed to Dallas this Thursday for another mastermind. Truthfully, I’m not thrilled about getting on another plane—but I am excited to pour into others, provide value, and connect with people who are ready to grow.

This is the same playbook I used to build my rev share at Real: getting in the right rooms and sharing from the heart. And this time won’t be any different.

Then on Friday, we’re hosting an all-day EOS meeting for the Upgrade Community. Because anything worth having—anything worth scaling—requires design and strategy.

So here’s to another week.
To building.
To becoming.
And to welcoming a few more people who are ready to upgrade—with heart, with strategy, and with purpose.

Let’s grow together.
