It’s officially week three! While it feels like I’ve been at this forever, it’s wild to think it hasn’t even been a full month yet. The first two weeks were a whirlwind, but now we’re settling in, having real conversations, and making moves.
As promised, I’m sharing it all with you—the good, the bad, and the process.
The Good
We’ve just onboarded a small team that isn’t quite ready to announce yet, but trust me—their leader is an absolute rockstar. I’m beyond excited to collaborate and grow together.
Beyond that, two independent agents have officially joined us, and several other teams and agents are in the pipeline. The momentum is building, and we’re only just getting started!
Oh, and we’ve grown from 69 agents to 80—slow and steady. Progress is progress, and it’s all about consistency.
The Bad (Which Isn’t Really Bad)
Two large teams were initially planning to join me at eXp this month—a combined total of 500 agents. But right now, they’re on pause. This situation made me reflect on when I moved to Real. The exact same thing happened—I transitioned over, and two months later, the people I was supposed to move with decided not to make the jump.
Did it sting? Sure. But was it actually bad? Not at all. Everything worked out perfectly in the long run.
This is just like agents who count on transactions that don’t close. You can’t get emotional about it. This is business. It’s about playing the long game, staying consistent, and knowing that the right people will come at the right time.
The Process: Watch, Learn, R&D
If you’re paying attention, you’re seeing the exact playbook unfold step by step. Here’s what I’ve done this week:
✅ Created social buzz (marketing)
✅ Built a high-value lead magnet that has already been downloaded over 1,000 times (demonstrating value)
✅ Promoted a webinar (marketing)
✅ Hosted a free webinar (another deposit—providing value)
✅ Wrote this blog (another deposit—more value)
Why am I showing you this? Because this is the process. Deposit. Deposit. Deposit.
Most people skip this step. They go straight for the ask without providing real value. But if you want to be in business with people who help you grow, you have to give before you get.
If you are thinking – I don’t have anything to deposit, yes you do! Use my stuff…or others. Invite people and create a relationship – it’s all about providing value and creating relationships.
