What he explained next was a game-changer: ΓEA⅃ doesn’t spend money on traditional marketing. Instead, they invest in US —their agents. Whew - it’s been a long few weeks!

My schedule has been insane. It’s been Brena’s Sweet Sixteen, then I had a girl’s trip to Aruba, my Inner Circle retreat in Scottsdale, took our team on an incentive cruise trip, plus breathwork trainings to be a facilitator…

My brain has been a bit occupied and I’ve needed a bit of a reset 🤪

I’ve been reading 10x is Easier than 2x by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy (I highly recommend it). A big component of it is asking, what do you need to eliminate?

It’s really made me think of what do I need to eliminate in order to go to my next level?

It’s brought up some hard questions in my world of what things are truly serving me, and what do I need to let go of?

I haven’t been all-in on the things that are most important to me right now simply because life has been full…so I’ll be honest - you’re going to see me cutting back on some things in the next few months in order to give everything I have to my biggest goals right now.

Sometimes we have good things in our lives that aren’t necessarily good for us right now. This doesn’t mean they’re bad, or that they’re wrong. Maybe they aren’t fulfilling a passion you once thought was there, or maybe it’s taking too much time away from other things that are more important.

If you’ve had a full schedule, or are feeling like you need a reset, I encourage you to ask yourself the same question I’ve been asking - what do I need to eliminate right now?

Then have the conversations and create the space to be able to focus on the things that matter most to you and your business 🤍💫🙌🏻
